When I start a 32-bit Mac OS X guest (default settings) on my 64-bit Win7 Dell laptop, it immediately gets an Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager has stopped working error. I have the USB extension installed. VirtualBox version is 4.1.18 r78361. This is a new VM and there is no boot media. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling VB. I am not running IE. VT-x is enabled.

I've create and install a VM in MS Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1.
And now I added this VHD to a VM in Virtualbox(v4.1.18). I've started the VM in Vbox in Save Mode and also install Guest Additions for Vbox.
But if I start the VM in 'normal' mode I get a BlueScreen:
